LEONARDO WINNER is a self-propelled robot for wrapping all types of pallets of various dimensions. There are no dimensional limits for the loads that robot LEONARDO WINNER can wrap.
LEONARDO WINNER is the latest robot from the LEONARDO family, of which it has all the characteristics, but it offers even more high performance.
LEONARDO WINNER, with its smallest overall dimensions, can wrap more than 100 pallets with a single charge at the very fast speed.

NO ONE IS SO FAST IN SUCH A LIMITED SPACE

Extremely reduced working area: LEONARDO WINNER is able to wrap a pallet while occupying only 1 m2 of surface to rotate around the pallet.

Maximum wrapping height 2200 mm. Possibility of wrapping at different heights via photocell or programmable from the control board.

Control panel with MICROPROCESSOR LOGIC BOARD PAT with the possibility of storing up to 6 different work cycles, each of which with personalized and differentiated parameters.

Detection of the dimensions of the load to be wrapped through a touching arm with adjustable height. For better and easier adjustment of the height of the touching wheel, the robot has been equipped with a lever placed directly on it.

Film tension adjustment:
• Mechanical brake
Motorized pre-stretch with fixed ratio 200% (optional)

Eco-friendly sealed batteries, maintenance free. Also suitable for air shipments.
• 45 A batteries to wrap up to 100/120 pallets with one charge
75 A battery (optional) to reach the maximum throughput (up to 220 pallets) with one charge
• Battery charger incorporated into the machine with universal supply voltage.

Equipped (on request) with an ultrasonic sensor placed at the top of the column which detects objects in the robot’s working cycle, it slows down stopping completely in case of accidental crash against third bodies.

Possibility of easy spring tension adjustment thanks to the double hooking system.
