The Mecpack line boasts the most advanced technology among all our heat-shrink machines and is developed to automate the process of loading, packaging, heat-shrinking, and unloading the product from start to finish. The work cycles are programmable through a special control panel. These machines are ideal for very intense outputs that require high packaging speeds, without sacrificing the precision of the film cutting and the overall care of the packaging.

The packaging process in a fully automatic heat-shrink tunnel packaging machine takes place as follows:

Inserting the products to be packaged into a heat-shrink film that is cut and sealed around the products, forming an airtight bag.
The bag with the products is transported by a conveyor belt into a heated tunnel, where the hot air causes the film to shrink, adapting to the shape of the products, creating a vacuum effect.
The bag with the packaged products exits the tunnel and cools down, consolidating the film and ensuring the protection and stability of the products. The bag can then be labeled according to the customer’s needs.
