Semi-automatic heat-shrinking L-sealer

The Espert line includes a series of compact and robust semi-automatic heat-shrink packaging machines, consisting of an L-sealer and a shrink tunnel.
The integrated tunnel in our Espert packaging machines is a double-insulated tunnel that offers the best possible packaging result thanks to the technology developed by R&D Italdibipack over the years. The double insulation allows for the maximum reduction of electrical consumption.

The packaging process in a semi-automatic heat-shrink tunnel packaging machine takes place as follows:

  • Introducing the product into the sealing area (subsequent operations can occur automatically, through the pedal).
  • The bag is sealed on three sides by a sealing bar, which also cuts the excess film.
  • The sealed bag is transported by a conveyor belt into the shrink tunnel, where the film is heated and shrinks to adhere to the shape of the product.
  • The packaged product exits the tunnel.

This type of packaging allows for the protection of the product, respecting its hygiene and offering an aesthetically pleasing result, suitable for various types of products, such as food, beverages, books, toys, electronics, etc.
