Since 1975, Italdibipack has been designing and manufacturing simplified manual heat-shrink packaging machines: the DIBIPACK line, a series of chamber sealers of various shapes and sizes, which require only one operator to function and offer great advantages in terms of productivity, allowing the packaging of any type of product while containing costs and saving electrical energy. R&D Italdibipack, thanks to its long experience gained through direct contact with its customers, has developed a whole series of remarkable improvements and technological innovations to maximize the productivity of its range of chamber heat-shrink packaging machines, automating the closing of the chamber itself through the holding magnet or with the SAVE ENERGY device, installed on all the electronic boards of Dibipack packaging machines, which contributes to the reduction of electrical consumption. The device allows for starting a heat-shrinking process every three seals, reducing the heat generated and limiting the consumption of electrical energy to the maximum extent.

The packaging process in a manual heat shrink packaging machine is simple:

Insert the product to be packaged inside the shrink film.
Place the bag with the product in the sealing area of the machine, under the hood.
Lower the hood, activate the sealing and cutting cycle of the film, creating a hermetic seal around the product, and also activate the film shrinkage cycle, which adapts the film to the shape of the product (at the operator’s discretion, it is possible not to activate the shrinkage, only making the bag).
Lift the hood and remove the packaged product.

This type of packaging allows protecting the product from dust, moisture, and external agents, as well as enhancing its aesthetic appearance, thus becoming a fundamental aid for hygiene and health, especially for food and hygiene-sanitary products. Manual heat-shrinking L-sealer packaging machines are suitable for packaging products of all sizes, such as books, CDs, DVDs, toys, food, cosmetics, etc.
