The ECOSPIR line includes a range of turntable pallet wrapping machines. The wrapping of palletized loads using turntable pallet wrapping systems is a process that consists of securing the load on a pallet with one or more layers of stretch film. The system is composed of a rotating table, on which the pallet with the load is positioned, and a film carriage, which moves vertically along a column to wrap the film around the load.

The pallet is positioned on the rotating table.
The operator starts the wrapping cycle.
The table begins to rotate while the film carriage moves vertically.
The film is wrapped around the load with controlled tension and overlap.
At the end of the cycle, the film is automatically cut.

The advantage of this system is that it allows for stabilizing the load and protecting it from dust, moisture, and damage during transport and storage.
